PHOTOSHOP MASTER FAQs

What versions of Photoshop does Photoshop Master cover?
I originally made the videos using Photoshop 7, but they have now been updated for Photoshop CS2. If you've got an earlier or later version, don't worry, most of the changes over the years have been just minor "tweaks".  The principles are the same. As Photoshop Elements is basically a cut down version of Photoshop, Photoshop Master effectively covers this program too.

How do I get the videos?
The videos are available online, from a password protected part of my website. When you complete your order, you will receive instructions on accessing them.

How soon can I see the videos?
With the download edition, right away! Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it could be between 3 and 15 minutes. You can view them streamed over the Internet, or you can download them onto your computer and watch them from your hard drive.

Is there a time limit?
No.  You can watch the videos as often as you like, and as many times as you need to. If you download the zip files to your hard drive  you can keep them forever. All I ask is that if you request a refund under the terms of the guarantee, you delete the videos from your hard drive.  Otherwise, there is no expiry time, or restriction on the number of times the videos can be viewed.

Do I have to download all the files at once?
You do not have to download the files all at once, nor do you have to watch all the videos at the same time.  Just download and/or watch each video individually as and when you want to.

You are allowed to backup any downloaded materials as part of a normal backup, but you may not make copies for distribution to other people.

Can I get Photoshop Master for free?
No.  Hardly a day passes where someone doesn't ask me this question, and the answer is always "No".  I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but look at it this way:  You wouldn't  to go into a department store, take something off the shelf, go up to a sales assistant, say "Can I have this item without paying for it?" and expect them to say "Yes", would you?  Apart from the fact that I make my living selling Photoshop Master and my other videos (as do my Affiliates), it would be unfair on customers who have paid good money for Photoshop Master to simply give it away to anyone who asks.  Sorry.

I am skeptical. Photoshop Master sounds too good to be true. Can you really teach me Photoshop so easily?
Yes, but don't just take my word for it. See Photoshop Master in action for yourself. Click here and get some free sample videos A new window will open (you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker if you have one).  By the way, these are a genuine videos from  Photoshop Master and Photoshop Master 2 - not something I've just put together for marketing purposes. You can always contact me if you have any queries.

Why haven't I received the sample videos?
Chances are the e-mail is being blocked by a spam blocking program somewhere - AOL, WebTV, and rediff.com addresses are particularly prone to this problem. Many ISPs have a "white list" of approved domains and IP addresses (rediff.com calls it a "list of rcpthosts") and anything that isn't on it gets treated as spam - regardless of whether it really is spam or not. If you have not received the sample videos within one hour, check you have spelt the e-mail address correctly, and make sure your spam blocking software or ISP has has approved e-mail from learnphotoshopfast.com and IP address 85.159.90.164.  Then request the video samples again. You must supply a valid e-mail address to get the sample videos.  Your details are safe with me.  I will not share them with anyone else unless I am required to do so by law.

What if I don't like Photoshop Master? How can I trust you to give me my money back?
My 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can request a refund any time within 90 days of purchase for any reason (or no reason at all).  If you pay via credit card or PayPal, and I renege on this obligation, the payment processors will shut my account and effectively put me out of business - not just here, but on my other sites too.  I have nothing to gain and everything to lose by dishonoring the guarantee - not that I would do such a thing anyway.  You're also fully covered by the UK Sale of Goods Act 1979, and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002 (an EU Directive) so even if you pay off-line, and regardless of where in the world you live, you will get a refund if you want one.

You already have some testimonials from past clients. You could have written them yourself for all I know.
Well, for a start, providing false testimonials is a crime (it's classified as fraud and deception). I have no wish to go to jail. All the testimonials are genuine, and available for inspection upon request.
